So, started searching on Google and dialed the first plumbing company; Ernie's. I was able to be put on the list and seen in the same day 5/9/2026! Alex came out and got to work on both. He was very professional and informative. The price was reasonable.”

“First, the call for service was great. I was serviced right away and got on the schedule the very next day (my request because it wasn't urgent). Second, as promised, we received a call prior to the arrival of the professional. Now. Most important: Rob came out and quickly assessed the cause of the backing up of our secondary bathroom sink. The a/c drain was the culprit with buildup of bacteria in the line. After snaking the line free, Rob explained how we should fill the soap with just dawn dish soap and water and thoroughly flush it out with the power of water several times especially throughout the summer. He changed the flow of water from the faucet to fill the sink quicker which will help tremendously. For any future customers reading this, please ALWAYS inform your plumber if you tried any chemicals, which was the first thing we told him. This way he would be aware if anything hazardous to him or the pipes could cause injury/damage. Chemical burns are the worst and he was very appreciative of the info. We have called Ernie's Plumbing for years for plumbing issues and I'm always delighted with the service and the quality of technicians coming out. Thank you, Rob, for your lessons and service, your courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend this company. I'm not sure how their prices compare, but the service was always exceptional.”

“I'm happy to give a 5 star review to Max, our plumber, who fixed our leaky toilet with a new wax ring and lots of additional hard work because it didn't fit properly. He spent time doing what had to be done and we are grateful for his amazing expertise! He also has a great personality and both my husband and I just enjoyed having him around. We are experiencing absolutely NO problems with the toilet now and want to make sure everyone knows about Ernie's best kept secret: Max!”

“We had a slab leak. It was some bad news to be sure, but I suppose it’s just one of the “joys” of home ownership. Ryan came to our house and did a great job. He was thorough and thoughtful with the investigation required to figure out what needed to be repaired. When he identified the problem, he started that same day and worked late into the evening to get it repaired (so we didn’t have to go without water.) He was professional and effective. Even though it was an expensive repair, we are grateful for Ryan’s expertise and grateful it’s repaired.”
